You've sent the applications. The inbox stays quiet.

You're not the only one. 8.5 million people in South Africa were unemployed in the second quarter of 2026, and the unemployment rate for ages 15 to 34 was 47.4% (Stats SA). ApplyMaxx is built to help you get more interviews from the applications you send.

  • Is it you, or is it your CV?

Nobody tells you why the replies don't come, so you rewrite it again and hope.

  • By the time you find it, others have applied.

A job you spot a week late is a job with a long line in front of you.

  • Every board shows its own slice.

You search several sites, then wonder what you missed.

  • Searching eats the time you need for applying.

Hours go on hunting across sites, so fewer go on the applications themselves.

Illustration only, not real data.

The newest jobs, every day. Be at the front of the line.

Every 24 hours, ApplyMaxx puts the jobs that just went up in your feed, best fit to your CV first. A job posted this morning has fewer applicants than the same job next week, so you can apply while the line is short.

  • New jobs arrive in your feed every day
  • Ranked by how well they fit your CV
  • Quick to apply: go from your feed to the employer's site
  • South African listings from Adzuna's feed
  • Planned: remote jobs and listings from around the world

In my own search, how early I applied made a difference to whether I got an interview.

Four steps to more interviews.

Score your CV once. Then open one feed a day.

  1. Score your CV

Upload it, choose a role, and see what to fix.

  2. Open your daily feed

New jobs from the last 24 hours, best fit to your CV first.

  3. Apply fast

Go straight to the employer's site and apply. Mark it, and it leaves your feed for good.

  4. Track the replies

Move each job to Interview, Offer or Rejected as you hear back.

Know what's holding your CV back before a recruiter does.

Upload your CV and choose the role you want. You get a free score for that role and a short list of what to fix, so it is ready when the right job lands in your feed.

  • Scored for the role you're aiming at
  • A clear list of what to fix first
  • Scored against my own CV rubric

I got rejected. So I learned what gets interviews.

My job search started with a lot of applications and a lot of rejections.

So I went through courses, YouTube videos and research papers, and set out to make my CV so desirable to recruiters that I became very difficult to reject.

It took 23 versions of my CV to get it right.

Then I made CVs for classmates and fellow students at my university, and they got jobs. I ran a business selling those CVs.

Watching my CVs work for other people is when I knew what I was doing.

Then I got a job myself. I have done this for other people, and I have done it for me.

ApplyMaxx puts that work in front of everyone else: a score for your CV, fresh jobs every day, and a fast way to apply. The point is simple: more interviews for you.

No tool can promise that, and ApplyMaxx does not. It is built to improve your chances: a CV scored for the role you want, new jobs every day with the best fit first, and a fast way to apply while the line is short. Interviews still depend on you and the employer.
